Provvigioni.
Per gli immobili residenziali la provvigione da me praticata è il 2% (due), nel caso di vendite sotto i 100 mila euro la provvigione rimane il 2%(due) su 100 mila euro. Le vendite e gli acquisti per una sola parte (mandato) il 3%(tre). Immobili industriali, commerciali, attività e terreni il 3% (tre)
